The M1450 universal cylindrical grinder is suitable for grinding the outer or inner surface of cylindrical or conical rotating workpieces.
Machine tool usage and performance characteristics:
1. The longitudinal movement of the machine tool worktable can be driven by hydraulic continuously variable transmission or handwheel transmission. The headstock can rotate a certain angle and is suitable for top grinding conical workpieces.
2. The horizontal feed of the grinding wheel holder can be driven by hydraulic pressure to achieve rapid advance and retreat, and the handwheel transmission can achieve coarse and fine feed.
3. The workbench guide rail adopts plastic coated guide rail, with forced oil supply lubrication, shock absorption and wear resistance, and smooth low-speed operation.
4. The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high rigidity sleeve type dynamic and static bearing support, with high rotation accuracy and good rigidity.
5. The headband adopts a dual speed motor - three speed gear transmission, with high transmission accuracy, good rigidity, and easy operation. The universal (M1450) headstock spindle adopts a sliding bearing structure, and the front bearing clearance is adjustable to meet the needs of top or chuck grinding. The universal headstock can be adjusted at any angle within a counterclockwise range of 90 degrees to adapt to the chuck grinding of inner and outer conical workpieces.
6. The M1450 universal cylindrical grinder has internal grinding components, and the internal grinding spindle is supported by rolling bearings. By replacing the pulley, four types of rotors can be obtained to grind inner holes of different diameters.
7. The workpiece spindle, grinding wheel spindle, internal grinding spindle, hydraulic pump, cooling pump, and grinding wheel spindle lubrication pump are driven by independent motors.
8. The moving parts of the machine tool are equipped with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical interlocking mechanisms. The overall layout is reasonable, the appearance is beautiful, and the operating handle is centralized, vivid, easy to operate, and safe.
9. Grinding wheel dressing has two dressing methods: installing a dressing device on the table and installing a dressing device on the tailstock.
